This week you may have notice all of my posts are hiking – I’ve been relaxing with friends and family in Telluride, Colorado. This morning we departed on the 6 hour drive back up to Denver. Good morning and goodbye Telluride!
Yesterday evening while Talitha and I were waiting out the thunderstorm at Orvis Hotsprings in Ridgeway, Colorado, we witnessed a perfect double rainbow – and then waited a few more minutes for the storm to pass, before going back in the relaxing water. I think it’s safe to say I was “double rainbowing“.
What a wonderful hike up Dakota Ridge, to a beautiful view to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just outside of Boulder, Colorado. Such a nice change from the concrete canyons of my “other” life in New York City.
