Scuba Diving in the Shark Tank at the Denver Downtown Aquarium

Yesterday on Sunday, 2012-07-08, my friend Sean and I went scuba diving in the shark tank at the Denver Downtown Aquarium. Yep, that’s scuba diving, in a giant saltwater aquarium, with sharks, at 5280 feet above sea level. Here’s the video, complete with mermaids:

  1. That’s something I have yet to try. It’s not that I’m afraid of sharks, don’t get me wrong, but the thought of them swimming around me in circles, ready to pounce and make me their dessert or what any minute just gives me the creeps.

  2. I was privileged to swim with the largest fish in the world and also the largest shark. Its way back 7 years ago when i had my dive on Philippines. It’s such a magnificent fish. they swim with such grace and might and yet gentle. Very memorable.
